This session on Governance, Leadership and Building a Strategic Board is the second webinar in the Act Now Series, hosted by the Employment and Training Administration (ETA). Implementing WIOA requires effective leadership and the support of partners in the public and private sectors. Board leaders are working with WIOA stakeholders to implement strategies that align programs and provide high quality service to employers and the workforce.
