The Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (DOLETA) and the Department of Education’s Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) have both released official guidance to support collaboration and co-enrollment efforts. DOLETA’s official guidance is in the form of Training and Employment Guidance Letters (TEGLs), and ED RSA’s guidance is in the form of Technical Assistance Circulars (TACs).
