National Apprenticeship Week 2026: Making America Skilled Again Through Registered Apprenticeship
About
National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is an annual nationwide celebration designed for employers, educators, state agencies, and labor organizations to demonstrate the impact of Registered Apprenticeship on American career pathways and economic growth. The 12th annual NAW will occur from April 26 – May 2, 2026, marking the first time the observance is held in the spring.
The theme for 2026, “America at Work: Making America Skilled Again Through Registered Apprenticeship,” aligns with the nation’s 250th anniversary and ongoing reindustrialization efforts. Events will focus on addressing workforce requirements in critical sectors, including the skilled trades, advanced manufacturing, shipbuilding, artificial intelligence, and nuclear energy.
