America's Talent Strategy Webinar Series
About
America’s Talent Strategy lays out a comprehensive plan to address employer workforce needs, integrate workforce development systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, provide accountability for workforce training programs, upskill incumbent workers, and develop alternatives to 4-year college degrees. It rests on five strategic pillars:
- Industry-Driven Strategies
- Worker Mobility
- Integrated Systems
- Accountability
- Flexibility & Innovation
The Next Level Now (NLN) Community is hosting the webinar series to provide a practical, implementation-focused learning experience designed to help workforce system partners build on existing efforts to translate America’s Talent Strategy from high-level priorities into consistent on-the-ground practice.
